Dr. Murat Can KARAKOÇ, Assistant Professor
My research focuses on microwave and millimeter-wave communication systems, quantum radar, harmonic modulation, signal processing, and software-defined radio platforms. I am also interested in FPGA-based implementations, 3D-printed antennas, and low-cost experimental measurement systems.

I received my Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. During my academic career, I worked as a visiting student researcher in Dr. Shabir Barzanjeh’s group at the University of Calgary and contributed to Türkiye’s first quantum computer project, QuanT, at TOBB University of Economics and Technology. I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University.

Rabia Edeviyye DAĞDEVİREN
I am an undergraduate student in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Erzurum Technical University. I enjoy exploring new topics, gaining knowledge, and applying what I learn to practical studies. I am particularly interested in communication systems and RF technologies and currently take part in projects that help me develop my skills in these areas.

I have experience using Proteus, MATLAB, Arduino IDE, SolidWorks, and CST Studio Suite. My goal is to continuously improve my technical knowledge, contribute effectively to teamwork, and apply my skills to real-world engineering projects that create practical value.

Beyhan ÖZER
​As an Electrical and Electronics Engineering student at Erzurum Technical University, I am passionate about exploring new technologies and applying theoretical knowledge to practical solutions. My primary focus is on embedded systems, microcontroller architectures, communication systems, and RF/SDR technologies.

​I have practical experience with STM32 (Register/HAL level), C/C++, ADALM-PLUTO SDR, VNA, MATLAB, and Proteus. I aim to continuously improve my technical expertise and add value to team-driven projects with a disciplined mindset

Burak ŞİŞMAN
I am a third-year Electrical and Electronics Engineering student at Erzurum Technical University. I am actively involved in FPGA-based applications and have an intermediate level of proficiency in MATLAB and Python, along with strong experience in using Proteus for electronic circuit design and simulation. Throughout my academic career, I have participated in various course projects and technology competitions, which have helped me further develop my technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Through these experiences, I have also strengthened my ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Committed to continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration, I aim to contribute to the advancement of aerospace technologies by developing practical and innovative engineering solutions in my future career.

İsmail Yusuf TÜRKOĞLU
I am currently pursuing his undergraduate studies in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Erzurum Technical University. I have gained practical experience in electronic circuit design and simulation, particularly in analog and digital circuit projects using tools such as LTspice and MATLAB/Simulink. I also work on power protection circuits compliant with MIL-STD-1275F, modelling real-world components based on datasheet parameters and evaluating industry reference designs through simulation.

As a member of the avionics team of the ANKA Rocket Team, I contributed to the development of avionics subsystems for a vertically landing rocket system within TÜBİTAK’s ÖTR and KTR competition categories. My work included a Pixhawk- and STM32F407-based dual-processor architecture, power-line isolation, a pneumatic landing-brake system, and LoRa/ESP32-based telemetry systems. I also developed Kalman filter simulations to reduce sensor noise and designed circuit schematics using Altium Designer.
